This photo of an abandoned gas station's taken in the summer of 2022 while traveling from Las Vegas, Nevada to Joshua Tree, California. It serves as a reminder to what happens when you stay complacent and stop doing what needs to be done to remain useful in America. In  this country if you have no use you will be abandoned, you will be ignored and you will be forgotten. It isn't fair, it isn't about emotion it is just the unfortunate truth.
